Prosper Property is a development and serviced accommodation business located on the south coast of England. Their expertise is in the conversion of single properties to multi-unit luxury serviced accommodation to rent out. Prosper do this by working with investors to initially fund these projects, which always look to increasing the property’s value (to repay their investors) and generate a healthy monthly income stream.

Expanding an existing brand

Prosper Property came to us with a logo they wished to retain; we expanded this out into a full brand identity. This involved tweaking the logo to improve its unique qualities and aligning the company’s brand components – business cards, social media headers, email footers and letterheads. We also improved their website, and created a detailed brand guidelines document to help them maintain their brand consistency going forward.
Raising investor finance was the focus for Prosper and we were asked to help them to attract a greater number of high-calibre investors to their door. We worked on a marketing strategy – incorporating the creation of a conversion optimised landing page, lead magnet and investor pack – to do exactly this.
