KJR wanted to stand out from the crowd, to make an impact on the luxury rental market and to become a trusted ‘go-to’ brand for high-net-worth individuals. The logo they had was not cutting it for them, so we helped them to transform their entire brand identity.
We took a step back to fully understand the KJR audience and how to attract them more consistently. We also determined strategies to appeal to estate agents who were gatekeepers to an expanded portfolio of available luxury properties for their clients, which contributed significantly to KJR’s revenue stream.
