We quickly identified that Live-In’s primary challenge was the way they were sourcing properties as estate agents were reluctant to deal with an unknown entity. They needed a professional looking brand to be taken seriously, so we designed a new logo, refined their look and feel, produced a quality brochure and pitch decks which we encouraged them to send in advance of a meeting, and this opened far more doors for them.
We considered that it was also important for them to have an online presence so we built out their website in order that agents could do their due diligence on them, and we created a social media profile to match.

Massive growth
The results we helped Live-In to achieve were transformational. We started working with them when they were 18 months into their business and had just a single property. In the space of 12 months we helped them to take on 14 more properties, producing £14k in net profit every single month, developing an established R2R portfolio.
Since then, we have helped them pivot to becoming a full lettings and management business, in collaboration with a new partner, with huge potential to compete with established agents in the south London region.
